Drip Lab UK Mobile IV Refund Policy

We strive to provide the highest quality care and service with our mobile IV drip treatments. However, we understand that situations may arise that require a refund. Please review our refund policy below:

  1. Cancellations and Rescheduling
  2. For Same-Day Confirmed Appointments
    • 3 hours or more prior to appointment: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at no charge. A full refund will be issued if requested.
    • Less than 3 hours before appointment: A cancellation fee of £100 of the treatment cost for London area or £200 of the treatment cost for outside of London will be applied. The remaining balance will be refunded if applicable, or the appointment can be rescheduled for a later time with additional charges.
  3. For Confirmed Appointments booked on a different day
    • 24+ Hours Notice: Full refund or free rescheduling.
    • Less Than 24 Hours Notice: Non-refundable.
  4. No-show Policy:
    • If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
  5. In-Home Service Availability:
    • If, for any reason, we are unable to reach your location due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., unsafe conditions, incorrect address), a partial refund may be issued, depending on the situation.
  6. Service Issues:
    • If there are any issues with the treatment or if you are unsatisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours of the treatment. We will review your case and work with you to resolve the situation. Refunds will be considered based on the specifics of the case.
  7. Refund Process:
    • Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
